Site Manager
PSR are recruiting for a Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the North West. The contractors has a proven track record within the region of successfully delivering larger Highrise projects up to 150m. Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 + Car Allowance

Site Manager Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of large high-rise construction projects.
Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of work and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and senior management to resolve any site issues and ensure project delivery.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including work schedules, reports, and material usage.
Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.
Work collaboratively with other Site Managers within the team to ensure deadlines are met.
Site Manager Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with a background in managing large-scale high-rise construction projects.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control.
Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
A valid CSCS card, SMSTS qualification, and First Aid certification.
A degree or qualification in Construction Management or a related field is highly desirable.
