My client are a reputable main contractor who have an excellent reputation for delivering high quality schemes and offering a market leading package! Due to an increase in projects they are looking for aSite Managerto join their team, first project based in Manchester City Centre.(PERM)
Ideal candidate
- Will have previously worked on a large scale residential project.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Ambitious individual who is wanting to grow and develop with a company.
- Solution provider, assertive and good communication skills.
Duties will include
- Reporting direct to a site based Project Manager.
- Coordinate trades, labour and equipment.
- Managing more junior members of the team including Assistant Site Managers.
- Monitoring site performance against the programme.
- Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site.
- Quality control.
- Short term programme changes.
- Site inductions and toolbox talks.
