About the role of a Site Manager
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific site and ensuring all works are completed within time and to budget. The projects the company work range upto 250m. Day to day duties include communicating with the team, preparing site reports for Contact Managers, and ensuring all works are on time and dealing with any day-to-day issues that may arise.
Experience/Qualifications for a Site Manager
- Proven experience in construction site management, particularly with design and build contracts.
- Track record of excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate site teams to work to strict build programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
- Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
- Experience working in a department that allows them to showcase logical thinking skills and verbal communication skills.
What we offer for a Site Manager
- Salary between 45,000 - 48,000
