My client is seeking a Site Manager to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on commercial fit-outs, with projects primarily located in Manchester and the surrounding areas.

- Knowledge & Experience Of high spec Office fit out (CAT A/B) - Essential
- Weekly reports
- Main contractor Experience
- Forward planning
- Joinery biased background
- Managing subbies
- Pushing project
- Reading drawings
- Time management / Budget management
Certs Required:
- CSCS Black, white or Gold
- SMSTS
- 1st aid
- Asbestos awareness
