Are you a seasoned Site Manager with a proven track record in healthcare refurbishment projects? We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee a high-profile hospital ward refurbishment in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a critical project within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly within a live hospital environment.

Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide regular progress reports to the project team and client.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within a healthcare setting.

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential.

Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols in live environments.
