The role is for a freelance Site Manager located in Manchester.
The position offers a daily rate of £260 - £270 under CIS for a duration of 20 to 26 weeks, starting at the beginning of March.
Candidates must have experience in sub-contractor management, health & safety oversight, and hold an SMSTS and first aid certification.
Strong IT skills are required, and a CSCS card is considered beneficial, along with knowledge of M&E works and crane lifts being a bonus.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5:30pm.

We are currently recruiting for a freelance site manager to oversee sub-contractors on decarbonisation works across Manchester. Works include heat pumps and solar PV.

Must have:

SMSTS

First aid

Strong IT Skills

Sub-contractor management

CSCS card of benefit

Strong sub-contractor management and keen eye for health & safety is a must. Decent knowledge of M&E works & crane lifts a bonus.
