We are seeking an experienced Content & Social Strategist preferably from a B2B background to develop and execute integrated content and social media strategies, driving engagement and brand growth across multiple channels.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will oversee agency support across Digital / Creative channels, line manage an executive and have freelancers at your disposal where necessary.

Responsibilities:

    • Plan and deliver multi-channel content & social strategies that align with wider brand objectives
    • Manage brand communication channels, optimising for engagement and performance
    • Oversee both long-form and short-form content creation across various formats, including blogs, videos, and graphics - with the support of agencies and wider marketing function
    • Lead the development of thought leadership and SEO-driven content.
    • Line manage an Executive alongside 3rd party relationships for content creation
    • Regularly report on campaign performance to key stakeholders and wider marketing function

Requirements:

    • Proven experience devising multi-media content & social strategies
    • Prior experience working in a B2B environment either in-house or agency is desired
    • Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
    • Excellent story-telling and content creation skills, able to translate stories into meaningful, effective content that drives brand awareness and engagement
