The Role

As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital strategy, owning the performance of our ecommerce sites and ensuring we maximise sales, engagement, and customer satisfaction. From optimising website performance to planning key promotional periods, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and shaping the future of our digital presence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Website optimisation - Take full ownership of our ecommerce sites, continuously improving the customer journey to enhance conversions.

  • Growth strategy - Develop and implement data-driven strategies to boost online sales and profitability.

  • Forecasting and stock management - Create and manage annual sales forecasts, aligning with new product launches and promotional campaigns.

  • Promotional planning - Work closely with the marketing and B2B teams to develop impactful promotional campaigns that drive revenue.

  • Performance monitoring - Track daily sales and provide insightful reports to key stakeholders, using tools like Google Analytics and Power BI.

  • Campaign collaboration - Partner with the marketing team to ensure digital campaigns are optimised for maximum performance.

Skills and Experience

We are searching for an experienced and ambitious Ecommerce Manager who is passionate about driving online sales and improving the digital customer experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoy taking full ownership of digital growth.

Key skills and experience:

  • At least four years of experience in ecommerce, ideally with Shopify (preferred but not essential).

  • A proven track record of delivering online growth and improving conversion rates.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using Google Analytics and Power BI to inform decisions.

  • A data-driven approach with a keen eye for customer experience and website performance.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and product teams.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and execute multiple initiatives.
