Ecommerce Executive - High Growth Retailer - Greater Manchester (1 day remote) - Up to £30,000

We are seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Executive to join a growing internal team. This role will drive online sales, optimise products and support the Ecommerce Manager with day-to-day website & trading performance.

The business (a category leading and online-only DTC retailer) have experienced continuous success over the past 12 months and are seeking an ambitious eCommerce candidate to support their growth plans for 2025 & beyond. This role also has the opportunity to work across wider Digital channels including Social Media & Content Creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our Magento 2 website, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Implement strategies that enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Regularly update and optimise product pages to maximise sales.
  • Create, update, and manage website content, including product descriptions, images, and banners
  • Optimise product listings and website content for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive traffic to the website and increase brand visibility. Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts, and interact with followers on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • Plan and manage online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, and promotions, to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor website and social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and customer experience.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver the online promotional plan for our websites.
  • Report and analyse sales performance and report to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience in a hands-on eCommerce role, experience with a Magento website is preferred but not essential
  • Hands-on experience with Social Media / Content channels is preferred
  • Proven experience overseeing daily website and trading performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
