Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Ecommerce Executive to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the lifecycle of e-commerce and web projects, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver innovative and user-centric products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital strategy of a leading organisation.
Your resonsbilities:
- Assist in delivering the ecommerce strategy and trading requirements.
- Recommend and support any ecommerce projects to improve the online customer experience.
- Proactively trade the website in-season by proposing and implementing reactive activity when required.
- Work with product & development teams to implement and integrate solutions with other systems and tools.
- Analyse and document workflows, processes, and data related to E-commerce workflows.
- Develop functional requirements and specifications for E-commerce workflows management systems and tools.
- Collaborate with agencies, creative or other operational teams related to workflows.
- Define, design, and implement digital asset management tools and its relevant integrations.
You will have:
- Experience with agencies, e-commerce, and digital workflows, including operations and processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is a plus.
- Proficiency in product management tools like Jira, Asana, and Trello is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), including discovery methodologies, design thinking, and design validation approaches.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Mural.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field focused on E-commerce/Digital.
- 0-2 years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce or web-based products.
- Expertise in creative and brand identity development, e-commerce, and digital marketing, with an emphasis on e-commerce process and workflow implementation.
- Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The role is hybrid, with 3 days a week on site & 2 WFH.
