Field Marketing Manager

Salary: £50k - £55k

12month contract - remote role

Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working with a global business who are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join their team on a minimum 12 month contract basis.

As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will work on a scalable mix of field programs in key markets to drive awareness, engagement and conversion rates. You will contribute to the implementation of the marketing strategy for the region.

THE ROLE:

Some of your responsibilities as a Field Marketing Manager:

• Design and write targeted communications and emails for your region, both internally and externally, to promote the company marketing programs.
• Maintain an up-to-date calendar of field marketing events.
• Supporting regional field marketing managers in the delivery of scalable and efficient field marketing programs and events.
• Build and QA landing pages.
• Oversee the creation and management of Asana tickets in collaboration with the broader marketing organization.
• Maintain internal tracking sheets and share updates with regional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Create social media assets for promotion.
• Maximise pipeline generation and conversion by managing the flow of leads from field events into marketing automation systems and to sales team stakeholders.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Fluent in French
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in an enterprise software company.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
