Top performers can expect to be part of monthly lunch clubs, Selfridges/Store vouchers, all paid for weekends away, team days out, financial bonuses etc. With multiple investments over the years, my client offers accredited training which will enable you the opportunity to make HUGE commission and move up into more leadership roles within your first 7-9 months. Not only will you benefit from a 2 week onboarding process, but a further 6 week academy with your intake. This will give you the ability to learn the ropes but also make commission from week 3 on reduced targets. Previous candidates have made £5K commission a month within their first year!
