Certain Advantage are working with company on a new role, to help shape their UK and International software tech offering. This is for a role as a Growth Marketer to join a small marketing team. The business has a high growth environment, with the previous 3 years 100% year on year and more planned.

Located near to Oxford Road and St Peters Square in Manchester so commutable from most major transport links. The marketing team is ambitious, data driven and focused on driving pipeline, revenue, brand growth, and a seamless customer experience.

You will be part of the Marketing Operations division, owning and scaling paid media and digital advertising. Your focus will be on generating qualified leads, improving conversion rates and optimising the funnel to boost ROI and lower acquisition costs.

What we're looking for:

  • Paid media advertising, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment+ Managing Google and Linkedin Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with CRO tools and methodologies, including A/B testing.
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve ROI and CAC goals.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or similar.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation CRMs such as Hubspot
  • Strong understanding of SaaS marketing funnels and customer journeys.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
