Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of PPC specialists, ensuring continuous learning and development.
- Develop, execute, and refine paid search strategies on platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, and more to deliver impactful results for our clients.
- Monitor, optimise, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to both clients and the internal team.
- Collaborate with other departments, including client services and creative teams, to develop holistic strategies that drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert consultation and strategic direction for PPC campaigns.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to maintain the agency's competitive edge.
- Oversee complex campaign setups, including bidding strategies, keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience segmentation.
- Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend and alignment with performance goals.
- Present reports and insights to clients, delivering clear and concise recommendations for continued success.
About You:
- 4+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Proven ability to lead and manage PPC campaigns, with a focus on delivering measurable results and ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed, strategic decisions.
