Marketing & Content Senior Account Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled marketer to join a talented team, working across multiple platforms, with the chance to learn and progress in the future.

The Senior Account Executive will need to hit the ground running, and work independently, developing and rolling out a plan based on the marketing strategies set by the senior team and clients.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Implement a full range of marketing activities, on and offline across multiple platforms
  • Manage multiple projects at once, working across key accounts
  • Create and roll-out paid search, display, video and social media ad campaigns
  • Copywriting for content marketing, media relations, social and SEO
  • Liaise with the media to place content
  • Creative input into campaigns: briefing designers, photographers etc to bring them to life
  • Develop and deliver email campaigns using platforms like MailChimp and Hubspot
  • Responsible for management of planning calendars: ad bookings, editorial features, social calendar dates etc.
  • Working to KPIs, analysing and evaluating performance - teasing insights from analytics
  • Supporting preparation of client reports and keeping action logs on-track

Skills and experience required:

  • Integrated campaign experience working - agency experience preferable, but will consider good in-house candidates
  • Strong A-level grades, with a minimum 2:1 degree from a top-tier university.
  • Post-graduate marketing qualifications a bonus
  • Experience of creating and managing campaigns using a variety of social media
  • Strong, accurate and engaging copywriter - both long and short form content
  • Creative eye and approach: you’ll develop concepts and brief designers
  • Experienced in analytics platforms
  • A creative mindset combined with strong commercial awareness.  Proven understanding and knowledge of developing social media accounts.
  • Fantastic communication, organisation, time-management and interpersonal skills
  • Happy to work under pressure from time to time
  • Attitude and approach are just as important as proven marketing expertise.
