Marketing Analyst, ManchesterWe’re working with a global energy business who plans to add value to their business and marketing strategy through data insights. They need an experienced Marketing Analyst to provide valuable research, insights and analytical support to measure ROI and shape the Marketing strategy moving forward.About the roleAs Marketing Analyst you’ll be responsible for monitoring and measuring KPIs across every marketing channel.You’ll work with the wider business to understand their commercial goals and be able to analyse consumer behaviour and measure the success of the marketing campaigns that support them.You will plan, organise and implement all qualitative and quantitative research projects.You’ll be responsible for creating, monitoring and maintaining all reports and communicate their results to the wider business and stakeholders, shaping future campaigns and helping senior leaders make vital business decisions.Skills and experience neededPrevious demonstrable experience and success as a Business Analysis or Marketing Analyst.In-depth understanding of the Marketing channels and appreciation of what good looks like.Confident communicator who can translate complex data sets into meaningful stories.Working knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Excel, Power PI and Tableau.Strong Project Management skills with experience managing complex research projects, both qualitative and quantitative.Strong Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to engage and communicate with internal colleagues and external suppliers.Confident in communicating with others and being able to present your reports to a senior audience.In return
