An exciting opportunity for a Measurements & Insights Lead to join a dynamic Manchester-based agency specialising in consumers across sports, gaming, and entertainment. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a background in social media, digital marketing, or marketing analytics, looking to shape the future of measurement and insights within a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Data & Measurement Agenda by defining a future-focused approach to measurement and insights.
  • Developing Dashboards & Analytics Tools through designing automated, real-time dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Leading Sponsorship Measurement Innovation. Establishing new ways to measure sponsorship effectiveness.
  • Measuring ROI & Business Impact through implementing advanced methodologies to track marketing performance and impact.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 4-6+ years' experience in data analytics, marketing measurement, or AI-driven insights, ideally within an agency, media, sports betting or sponsorship setting.
  • Strong background in marketing analytics, ROI measurement, attribution modelling, econometrics, and media valuation.
  • Understanding of brand tracking methodologies and the ability to measure cultural impact in sports, gaming, and entertainment.
  • Expertise in machine learning models, automation, and predictive analytics for marketing measurement.
  • Advanced data visualisation skills - proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening tools to derive actionable insights.
