We are supporting a forward-thinking organisation specialising in creating vibrant venues and activations that prioritise brand and community. Since their founding in 2021, we have collaborated with and enhanced spaces through award-winning hospitality, leisure, and cultural events. With a portfolio of five venues hosting over 150 events annually, we are at the forefront of the live music scene!

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Paid Media & Data Manager to managing paid media strategies, budgets, and analysis for events across our five venues, while collaborating with event and artist partners. Ideal for a proactive and organised individual passionate about digital marketing, events, and electronic music, who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead paid media campaigns for events across five venues, ensuring effective coordination for event and ticket launches.
  • Manage and optimise advertising campaigns daily, ensuring performance aligns with goals.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends, suggest opportunities, and drive strategic marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, artists’ management, and external partners to deliver innovative event marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and report on the performance of marketing channels, including paid and organic socials, with a focus on data-driven insights.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, conduct A/B testing, and ensure all systems and pixels are correctly implemented and optimised.

About You

  • A digital marketing expert with 3+ years of experience in paid media for music events, including proven success in driving ticket sales.
  • Experienced in managing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and more, with advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
  • Skilled in data analysis, budget management, and campaign optimisation, with a track record of managing budgets up to £30,000 per month.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about the music industry, particularly electronic music, and knowledgeable about targeting Gen Z and millennial audiences.
  • Confident working with tools like Google Suite, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), ticketing systems (e.g., Skiddle), and briefing design teams.
