Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the team and clients by building trusted relationships
- Manage expectations on task delivery accurately through great communication and proactive behaviour
- Become an expert user of paid social platforms and technologies across advertising, insight and analytics
- Create and manage paid media campaigns, providing optimisations to refine/expand results
- Provide detailed, and accurate campaign reports, highlighting the results, performance and learnings for future campaigns
- Reconcile campaigns accurately understanding the contractual commercial models in place
- Deliver in-flight campaign reports highlighting performance and either course corrections taken or recommended if they need client approval
