Pay range between £42,000 to £50,000

Office hours: 9-6 - optional to start and leave earlier

The Role: Own, Optimise & Scale Paid Growth

As our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for building and executing a performance-driven acquisition strategy across paid media channels-without being constrained to the obvious platforms.

Due to continued growth our Client are requiring a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to drive paid media strategy. This is more than just campaign management-it's about identifying the right audiences, right channels, and right CPA to maximise growth. You'll take existing content, elevate its performance, and integrate marketing into a cohesive strategy that drives downloads and SIM activations.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute high-impact campaigns across Google, Meta, and other key channels.
  • Identify untapped growth opportunities beyond traditional platforms.
  • Optimise audience segmentation, A/B test creatives, and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyse campaign data in real-time, refining strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Work with the creative team to elevate content performance and ad effectiveness.
  • Own ad budgets, ensuring cost-efficient and scalable growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience scaling PPC campaigns for e-commerce, fintech, or subscription-based brands.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics-driven performance marketing.
  • A data-driven mindset-skilled in CRO, A/B testing, and optimising customer journeys.
