Linear are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. This role is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to develop into a future leader within our sales organization. As a Trainee Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will undergo comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in various sales functions, ultimately preparing you for a management position within the company.

A day in the life ofTrainee Sales Executive

Sales Training:Participate in a structured training program that covers all aspects of the sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, closing, and customer relationship management.

Rotational Exposure:Gain exposure to different sales channels, such as B2B, B2C, inside sales, and field sales, to develop a well-rounded understanding of our sales processes and strategies.

Customer Engagement:Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide product or service information, and offer solutions that meet their requirements, while developing your sales and negotiation skills.

Sales Target Achievement:Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets by applying sales techniques learned during training, with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue.

Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities, analyze competitors, and stay informed about industry trends.

Project Participation:Lead or contribute to sales projects, such as new product launches, sales campaigns, or customer outreach initiatives, and present your findings and strategies to senior sales leaders.

Mentorship:Work closely with experienced sales managers and mentors who will provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout your training.

Sales Reporting:Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to help improve sales performance and strategy.

Professional Development:Attend sales workshops, seminars, and networking events to further develop your skills and knowledge in sales management.
