A specialist construction consultancy based in Manchester is seeking an experienced BREEAM Assessor to join the team. You'll be provided with the opportunity to deliver and expand on BREEAM services and develop BREEAM strategies amongst a team of specialists - providing assessments and advice to clients.

This BREEAM Assessor role offers:

Responsibilities of this BREEAM Assessor role include carrying out BREEAM Assessments and providing assessments and advice to clients. The selected candidate will also be managing projects from start to finish, supporting team members with fee proposals, developing BREEAM strategies by attending design team meetings and delivering technical reports and presentations.

To be considered for the BREEAM Assessor role you must therefore:

  • Be an BREEAM Accredited Professional
  • Familiarity and experience with LCA & LCC Assessments and OneClick software.
  • Preferably be a member of a professional body, for example CIBSE, IMechE, Energy Institute etc).
  • Be comfortable using IES-VE or EDSL Tas DSM softwares.
  • Have experience with Fit-Out, BREEAM Refurbishment and BREEAM In-Use.
