Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, support, and daily assistance to individuals.
  • Assist with mealtimes, activities, and personal hygiene.

  • Ensure the safety and welfare of individuals, following safeguarding protocols.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 12 months of experience in a residential care setting (desirable).
  • NVQ in Health & Social Care, Care Certificate, or equivalent.
  • Compassionate, patient, and able to support individuals with varying needs.
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to safeguarding and care protocols.
  • Flexible, reliable, and proactive team player.
  • A passion for helping vulnerable individuals achieve their potential.
