My client, a successful Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Manchester, is actively seeking an experienced Associate Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to a range of challenging projects while supporting team development and ensuring excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities for this Associate Engineer include:

  • Lead the design and management of diverse projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and the design teams to ensure innovative and high-quality solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Deliver all infrastructure aspects of projects, focusing on both technical approval and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Ensure compliance with British Standards, Euro Codes, and UK Building Regulations.

Qualifications and essentials for this Associate Engineer include:

  • Educated to at least degree level; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Chartered or nearing Chartered status (ICE or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Previous experience with software's such as Tekla, Tedds, AutoCAD, Revit (Basic Knowledge) and Microsoft
  • Proven track record of working on large-scale developments, including:
    • Industrial/Logistics
