- Ensuring machines are properly connected mechanically, electrically, hydraulically and pneumatically. After performing several test runs, locate and analyse the storage cause
- Commissioning the machine based on the Acceptance Protocol, including starting the machine after installation.
- Checking the machine for correct connection of all parts (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and software).
- Performing various test runs for production based on the Acceptance Protocol.
- Solving technical problems.
- Recording and te-rugging to the PC all machine parameters at the time of transfer to the customer.
- Giving instruction and training to machine operators about the operation and maintenance of the machine.
- Leading and carrying out the installation and commissioning of second-hand steel processing machines;
- The possible addition of customer-specific customization to existing systems;
- Ensuring a good transfer to the customer and good and clear training so that the customer's operators can work with our machines;
- Drawing up a complete report, including safety, quality, and action(s) to be followed
- Thinking about the work processes and making complicated proposals where necessary.

- Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and electrical systems.
- previous experience working as a Commissioning Engineer
- Experienced in root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on a range of electrical and mechanical breakdowns repair of plant, machinery, and service
- Ability to interpret and follow electrical drawings and schedules.
- Willing to Travel and work away (with a compensation package)
- NVQ or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
