路Lead mechanical services design for a variety of projects
路Conduct surveys and oversee project profitability and service quality
路Mentor junior staff, ensuring alignment with high design standards
路Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects with electrical and BREEAM integration
What They're Looking For:
路Strong technical expertise in mechanical design, thermal modeling, and industry standards (Part L, SBEM, SAP)
路Familiarity with electrical services, BREEAM, and M&E sustainability solutions
路CEng/CIBSE accreditation and BIM experience (preferred but not required)
路Exceptional communication skills and commercial acumen
