This is an excellent opportunity for a principal engineer with a strong technical background and leadership capabilities to take on a key role. Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage the mechanical engineering design process for large-scale projects, ensuring technical excellence and delivery of high-quality solutions.

-Oversee the design, analysis, and optimisation of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

-Project management: ensuring that mechanical design solutions are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

-Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, providing expert advice and technical solutions that exceed expectations.

-Conduct detailed reviews of designs, calculations, and documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.

-Lead the preparation of technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's or chartered status is preferred).

-Extensive experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects in a senior or leadership role.

-Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks) and relevant engineering analysis tools.

-In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and fire protection.

-Experience managing a team of engineers and leading the technical direction of projects, additionally it is important you have project management skills,

-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
