Our client is a well-established property investment and development company specialising predominantly in luxury housing and industrial developments across North West.We are seeking a Design/Technical Manager to oversee design management on residential and industrial projects, reporting to the Project Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage design team procurement and coordination.
- Ensure designs meet Building Regulations, Planning Conditions, and Employer Requirements.
- Prepare design status reports and manage internal drawing processes.
- Coordinate technical information and approvals with consultants.
- Ensure design compliance with Health and Safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee design reviews, specifications, and technical queries.
- Support project teams and provide sign-off for building control and warranty providers.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Design/Technical Manager in construction.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Driving license required.
