Estimator/VDA

Manchester

Our client, the best motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced VDA/Estimator.

Salary:Basic - £39,700OTE - 43k +

Working Hours:Monday to Friday - 8.15am to 5.30pm Alternate Saturday mornings - 8.30am to 12.30pm

About you:ATA preferred but not essential.Must have Audatex exp.The person should have good people skills and understand the principals of the body repair industry. As this workshop is PAS 125 approved a good understanding of PAS 125 would be a distinct advantage.

Successful candidates will have experience within the bodyshop arena.Applicants must have the ability to work well in a team and well under pressure. In return for your skills and experience my client is offering an excellent package with and a superb working environment for the right applicant.

Their ideal candidate will be:* Motor trade experienced * Computer literate* Have a good eye for detail* Strong communication skills* Experience dealing with customers both face to face and on the telephone* High degree of sales focus

Duties and responsibilities include:* Dealing with customers and maintaining strong relationships* Reporting on cosmetic repair requirements* Estimating and selling bodyshop repair work* Delivering high standards of customer satisfaction
