About the Role:
As a First Article Inspector, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and managing FAIR files and folder structures following a detailed process manual
- Submitting FAIR reports to clients or uploading them to portals
- Collaborating with management to meet client requirements and deadlines
- Tracking and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the FAIR process
- Engaging in continuous learning and best practice training
- Working closely with internal quality teams, clients, and suppliers within the aerospace industry

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in aerospace or other highly regulated industries in a FAIR collation/submission role
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially aerospace sheet metal and assembly
- Ability to read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings and tolerances
- Experience with manual inspection and part measurement
- Proficiency in FAIR collation, review, approval, and submission (e.g., AS9102, Net-Inspect)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and document management tools
