Field Service Engineer

Salary: £35k - £45k

Location: Manchester/Sheffield

 

nGenium is currently recruiting for a leading third-party offering full support of High-performance Liquid Chromatography systems. Through continued growth, they have a new opportunity or an experience HPLC Field service engineer to join their talented field service engineering team.

In this role you will drive growth by delivering excellent service to their clients, utilising your expertise of servicing, maintaining and repairing analytical instrumentation and electromechanical systems. You will also receive excellent training and opportunities to expand your skillset.

 

A suitable field service engineer would need:

  • 2+ years of experience as a HPLC field service engineer
  • Experience troubleshooting, servicing and maintaining HPLC’s from a range of manufacturers
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Electrical/Electronic or scientific education background.
