Technical Manager required to join a UK leading FM company. The Technical Manager will be leading a team of engineers across the Northwest England region, overseeing their duties and ensuring highest standard of service is delivered. You will drive team performance and development whilst offering technical support and assigning tasks to engineers.

Candidates applying will have a proven track record in M&E disciplines and a strong understanding of the facilities management/commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate reactive calls, enforce SLAs, manage maintenance plans, and oversee projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers to schedule works and review completed tasks.

  • Proven experience in the Building Services/Facilities Management Industry
  • Technical expertise in mechanical or electrical trades
