My client are a highly reputable and outstanding law firm looking to recruit a Legal PA to support their highly successful Employment Team at their Manchester city centre offices. This role is hybrid.

This role will be essential in supporting fee earners and ensuring smooth client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The key Responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong client relationships by handling queries, managing contacts, and taking proactive steps to support the client experience.
  • Coordinating document production, check accuracy and formatting from the Shared Services team, and prepare materials for legal reviews.
  • Handling client-related calls, manage message-taking, and liaise with the Client & Marketing team for client training, directory interviews, and tender meetings.
  • Overseeing CRM entries, ensuring that data on clients and prospects is updated and current for business development.
  • Keep up with client-specific protocols, provide guidance to others, and monitor compliance.
  • Managing the opening, closing, and general filing of client files while ensuring all record-keeping is compliant.
  • Arranging and managing diaries, including travel, meeting room bookings, agendas, and preparation of relevant documents.
  • Supporting the organisation of internal and external events, including seminars and conferences.
  • Acting as the key contact for clients and fee earners, ensuring consistent, high-quality support.
  • Helping with client billing, credit control, and complex billing to ensure invoices meet standards and contractual requirements.
  • Attending team meetings and regularly offer assistance to support team cohesion.

Applicants will have previous Legal PA experience ideally in Employment.
