JobMatcha are recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Manchester
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities in this role will be supporting the regional director and commercial director in their day-to-day tasks. You will be managing bookings for clients, communicating and sorting documentation between directors and clients, support the site teams in regards to the preparation of correspondence and reporting. Identify actions needed from previous meetings and bring to the attention of the correct people. Typing of the correspondence, photocopying, faxing, etc as well as ordering stationary for the office.
Key skills and qualifications required:
- Business Admin NVQ level 3 preferred
- Must have Personal Assistant, Office Management experience/senior admin (minimum of two years)
- Must be used to large business and being in a support role
- Event planning, travel coordination and meeting planning and strict adherence to confidentiality are essential
