They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join their dynamic sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth by selling the company’s products to both end-business users and enterprise clients, including advisors and accountants who would build forecasts on behalf of their own clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects across small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and enterprise-level organizations such as financial advisors and accountants wishing to offer financial forecasting.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and deliver tailored responses, bringing out features of the product that help to meet the needs of the clients.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, advisors, and accountants, to drive sales of the platform.
- Close deals and meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Market Development:
- Collaborate with CEO and COO to identify and nurture leads & feed into marketing efforts to best support this.
- Proactively identify new market opportunities within the UK, leveraging research and networking.
- Represent the business at industry events, webinars, and client-facing engagements to build brand awareness.
Account Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong post-sale relationships to maximize client satisfaction and upselling opportunities.
- Partner with the client facing team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and successful implementation that meets the clients needs.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, to communicate market feedback and align on strategy.
- Share insights on client needs and competitive activity to help shape future product offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably targeting enterprise clients such as accountants and advisors.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply.
- Experience selling to advisors, accountants, or within financial services is highly desirable.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot) and using data to drive decision-making.
Preferred:
- Understanding of SaaS product value propositions, especially in automation, business management, or accounting technology.
- Existing network within the accounting or advisory industries is an advantage.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
