About Our Client and the Role

Our client is committed to delivering measurable results across a wide range of media channels, including press, radio, OOH, TV, and more. With a growing portfolio of exciting clients from industries such as travel, childcare, home improvement, charity, and more, this agency prides itself on its strategic and creative approach to advertising.

As the new Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll be working closely with the in-house TV team and guiding junior team members as they develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and responsiveness, while taking client briefs and collaborating with the wider team to create comprehensive, strategically sound media plans. You will ensure project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating any necessary changes, and building strong relationships with clients, media partners, and suppliers to guarantee smooth campaign execution.

This role also involves working closely with the in-house AV team to track and report on campaign performance, staying informed on industry trends, overseeing financial management for key accounts, and supporting the development and training of junior team members.
