What you'll do:

As an Intermediary Account Manager, your role will be pivotal in growing the intermediary portfolio. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with consultants, providing excellent service levels via telephone and email communication. Your ability to negotiate new business pricing and commission levels will be key in this role. You will also attend face-to-face meetings where appropriate, in addition to managing intermediaries via virtual meetings, phone calls, and emails

* Manage all aspects of new business within the assigned channel

* Deliver high level of broker care including handling day-to-day sales and service queries

* Handle inbound telephone sales calls and emails from brokers, converting these opportunities into new sales revenue

* Make proactive outbound calls to brokers generating sales opportunities

* Ensure CRM records are created and continually updated with required information

* Complete thorough fact finds on each opportunity to position a proposal appropriately

* Follow all call procedures and ensure standards of performance are met

* Work closely with the Senior Management team to ensure that intermediary sales targets are met and exceeded
