Hours:  40 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has become available within a leading training service provider, delivering tailored services to the infrastructure and construction industry.

The client is looking to recruit an Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with some of their clients, and you will be their main point of contact for all day-to-day account manager and course bookings.

You will be responsible for booking in training courses with the clients and coordinating this to ensure a smooth and efficient process. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Account Management of a number of pre-defined business clients
  • Booking management of our B2B customer base
  • Ensure timely responses to all enquiries and booking requests
  • Providing excellent customer service to the clients
  • Certificate expiry management to secure delegate refreshers
  • Conversion from manual booking to portal booking where appropriate
  • Purchase Order Management
  • Promptly resolve any invoice queries
  • Providing general administrative support
