Position: Account ManagerLocation: Manchester (Hybrid)Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE  A creative agency are looking to add to their growing client services team with an Account Manager. They are seeking seeking an experienced individual with a strong understanding of creative processes and with a passion for top-class client service, who has come from an agency background. A knowledge of consumer behaviour and POS is required.  Responsibilities Include:
  • Management of multiple client accounts
  • Management of client relationships
  • Translation and management of creative briefs
  • Develop a deep understanding of creative processes
  • Oversee full projects and ensure are completed in a timely manner and within budget
  • Delivery of EMEA based campaigns
  Experience Needed:
  • Experience working in an agency managing client accounts
  • Experience managing creative briefs from ideation to completion
  • Experience in strategic planning
  • Experience managing/training/overseeing other members of a team
  • Experience with the delivery of large EMEA based campaigns is highly desirable
  • Experience in print deliverables
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience working on in-store events is desirable
  • Knowledge of POS/ Windows market
  • Experience working with clients in the retail sector
