Are you a skilled relationship/membership manager, with a proven history of getting businesses and individuals engaged and bought in to a cause?

We're partnering a market driving, ethical and responsible not-for-profit in a key new initiative for them, which could easily drive change on a nationwide basis in the mid/long term. This role is seeking a real all-rounder; a consummate professional who can impact across areas that include, PR, Account Management, Marketing and Customer Relations, but also someone who brings a sense of "for the cause" to their work. An understanding of the Property or Housing sector would be a distinct advantage, but in reality, it's the skills to engage with people that we're really seeking - and hence experience in any Membership liaison, community relationships and engagement background could also be considered. Experience of liaison/work/partnering with GMCA would be superb!

Key duties include:

  • Day to day management of members to include all queries, guidance on membership benefits
  • Meaningfully engage with communities, business leaders and local authorities to promote initiatives
  • Represent the organisation in a marketing and thought leadership capacity at events
  • Deliver campaigns, social media and other initiatives to drive membership numbers forward
  • Administration and management of all records, reporting on onboarding & retention of new and existing members/partners accordingly.
