Our client is a supplier of Pet Food established over 150 years ago. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an International Account Manager to join their team.

The Role

  • Actively managing, growing and supporting accounts in defined countries.
  • Prospecting and developing new, exciting business relationships.
  • Developing and executing growth-centred business plans.
  • Developing and implementing plans to maintain and protect market share in assigned territory.
  • Educating customers on product features, benefits and applications within guidelines.
  • Managing expense budget for assigned territory.
  • Developing promotional activity to showcase products via customer channels.

The Candidate

  • Understanding of country specific regulatory guidelines. Knowledge of the Export pet products arena preferred.
  • Proven business development and growth achievements, new product launches and brand impressions.
  • Speciality on Channel identification and business planning to secure profitable, sustainable growth.
  • A proven track record of building relationships and executing sales strategies to penetrate, close, and manage business.
