Our client is seeking a Regional Account Manager to join their dynamic team. What you'll do:
As a Regional Account Manager, your primary role will be managing key accounts within the region and building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for ensuring all customer queries are resolved efficiently and promptly. This will involve liaising internally with other departments to resolve any issues that arise. You will also need to stay up to date with current promotional campaigns, rules, and procedures. A key part of your role will be promoting safer gambling practices to ensure a responsible and enjoyable experience for all customers.
