Fire Risk Assessment Coordinator

Build Recruitment are looking to engage with FRA coordinators who will be employed on a temporary basis for a local housing association.

About the role: 

The Fire Risk Assessment Coordinator at  plays a crucial role in ensuring tenant safety and well-being by overseeing fire safety measures and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include coordinating assessments, implementing safety measures, liaising with external agencies, and ensuring ongoing maintenance.

Experience in compliance-based coordination is essential for this critical position.

The Benefits, Hybrid working 2 days in the office 3 days at Home. Free parking at the office, Hourly rate of 15.10 plus holiday pay which is accrued. Ongoing contract which will be reviewed every 6 months - working 35 hours during all the days in the week.
