Position: Early Careers Teacher (Primary Schools)
Location: Various Primary Schools (covering multiple schools within South Manchester)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Careers Teacher (ECT) to join Cover People and gain valuable teaching experience across a range of primary schools. As an ECT, you will work with experienced staff in a supportive and dynamic environment to develop your teaching skills and grow as a professional.

This is an exciting opportunity to build your teaching experience and gain exposure to various school settings and age groups, while making a real difference to the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary age range, covering classes from Nursery through to Year 6.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their potential.
• Support the school's commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments and diverse learning needs.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Requirements:

• Completed or nearing completion of a Primary Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGCE, BA Education).
• Strong desire to develop as a teacher and grow professionally within a supportive environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for providing a high standard of education to primary-aged children.
• A commitment to creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences for all students.
