Job Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum objectives.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to aid their development.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.
* Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings as required.
We are looking for a teacher who:
* Holds a UK teaching qualification, such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ECT, PGCE, or SCITT.
* Has a DBS on the Update Service (if not, we can assist you in obtaining this).
* Is professional, hardworking, and committed to high standards of behaviour management.
* Demonstrates high expectations for both themselves and their students.
* Understands safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Has a passion for education and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching.
* Consistently delivers excellent teaching.
* Is committed to helping students achieve high standards and progress.
* Actively contributes to whole-school improvement as part of a collaborative team.
