We have an excellent opportunity for you to work across primary schools in South Manchester and Salford, gaining valuable experience in diverse classroom settings.

Position: Newly Qualified Primary Teacher (NQT)
Location: Primary Schools across South Manchester & Salford
Start Date: Immediate/As soon as possible

About the Role:

As an NQT, you will have the opportunity to work in a range of primary schools, providing you with a breadth of experience in different school environments and communities. You will be supported by a network of experienced colleagues, senior leadership teams, and mentors who are dedicated to helping you thrive in your career.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching in a variety of subjects, ensuring engagement and progress for all pupils.
  • Plan and prepare lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
  • Engage with parents and carers to support student development.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety of pupils at all times.
Key Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT).
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to creating an engaging learning environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible across different schools and classrooms.
  • A proactive and positive approach to professional development.
  • A DBS check (we can help you with this if required).
