Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of SEND students
• Adapting teaching methods and resources to support diverse learning styles
• Collaborating with parents, carers, and external agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes for students
• Regularly assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
• Working with colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive school culture
• Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with children with SEND (desirable)
• Knowledge of SEND frameworks and effective teaching strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for supporting individual learning needs
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• An empathetic, patient approach to teaching
