Role Overview:
As a Construction Planner, you will be responsible for managing the planning and scheduling of major high-rise development projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules for high-rise projects

  • Identify and manage potential risks to project timelines and implement appropriate mitigation strategies

  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and critical path management
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project risks
  • A relevant degree or qualification in Construction Management, Planning, or a related field
