Main Contractor - High Profile Project, Residential New Build
A Commercial Manager with a significant background and experience within a Main Contracting environment and residential new build is required to undertake a leading role overseeing a significant new build project of 40m+ through the construction delivery cycle from early stages overseeing procurement and full commercial management of major packages to completion and final accounts.
Upon commencement, The Commercial Manager will hold overall commercial and cost control of the project; managing risk and ensuring a robust commercial strategy to ensure successful delivery of the project.
In this role, You would be in a position to demonstrate a strong track record of project delivery, and responsibility for managing a team to support day to day commercial activity across the project. You will have experience of managing residential schemes through to final accounts. Holding a similar role of responsibility as Lead Commercial Manager on a project with a main contracting environment and deliver significant new build RC frame and refurbishment of buildings for residential development.
