Join our dedicated team in Manchester as we seek talented RMNs/CPNs for a rewarding role in the CAMHS Crisis Home Treatment Team!

Job Title: Band 6 CPN  Home Treatment Team
Location: Manchester 
Duration: 3-month contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP (within 2 weeks)
Rate of Pay: £24.50 - £25 per hour
Hours: long days 

A Day in the Life of a Registered Mental Health Nurse:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering vital NHS community mental health services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments.
  • Administering medications and monitoring their effects.
  • Providing therapeutic interventions, including counseling and behavioral therapies.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized care plans.
  • Offering emotional support and education to patients and their families to promote mental wellness and recovery.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in a community recovery role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Previous experience in CMHT or Home Treatment Teams

Working Hours and Contract Duration:

This role requires Monday to Friday availability, with flexible hours. The contract lasts for 3 months.
